Standard cover*

• Buildings covers loss or damage to the property and includes cover for accidental damage.
• Contents covers loss or damage to furnishings in the event of fire, theft or water damage.
• Property owners' liability up to £2 million to cover your liability to the general public and tenants.
• Search and Trace cover for costs incurred in locating the source of damage to buildings caused by the escape of water or oil.
• Indemnity for loss of income/loss of rent should your property be rendered uninhabitable by an insured event.
• Alternative accommodation covers the cost of re-housing contracted tenants should your property be rendered uninhabitable by an insured event.
• Emergency assistance covers the cost of call-out charges up to £500 in the event of an emergency at your property.
